I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but hopefully they see this and the other reviews that I just read that have had a similar experience. I called to schedule my husband and the person on the other end of the line sounded irritated and bothered during scheduling. Off putting for sure but maybe it was just a bad day? Next they called my husband to cancel his appointment because they said his insurance had lapsed. OK. Then they called a few days later to confirm said appointment? No. We informed them that THEY had already cancelled the appointment due to a lapse in insurance coverage; also sounded bothered and irritated again. Second strike with poor communication within their office. Next my husband got a call from the doctor himself stating he'd missed his appointment? You mean the one you all cancelled for lapse in coverage and didn't communicate within your office? Yea that one. 3rd and final strike. Today they called to let him know he owes a $85 NCNS fee. Absolutely will not be paying that and that's what brought me to leave this review. From the very beginning it was not good with several opportunities to communicate better and do better. Again, I really do hate to leave bad reviews but after all of that and then to get slapped with that charge. No. PLEASE figure out your communication within; it might cut down on the person sounding irritated and snarky instead of helpful and knowledgeable.

I want to Thank the Pueblo Office Staff, and especially the Office Manager for being so understanding, supportive, compassion and your continued checking on us to be sure that my husband and I were okay. So what happened was our truck wouldn’t start so we had to call a tow truck which took over two hours plus to show. I didn’t realize that they closed early on Friday, which they then lock the gates and unfortunately had to change plans to wait on us. I cannot express our gratitude enough for your support and caring attitude from your staff. Wishing you all great success.

I have been through 2 sleep studies at The Dream Center. Both times my technicians have been Jared Baker & Cody Spicer. These two have gone WAY above & beyond great customer service. They actually treated me like a human, & not just another test they needed to get done. I can't remember the last time that I felt as rested & relaxed, as I did after my last study. I highly recommend you come see these guys if you're needing a sleep study... Definitely 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!!

I’ve had 3 sleep studies performed at Dream Sleep Center. Each time I was made very comfortable by Jeremy the technician that performs the study. He was extremely professional, very attuned to making the environment comfortable and explained everything in detail prior to the study. My follow up appointments have been great as well. No long wait times. Dr Smith & his PA go into detail to make sure I understood the results. All the staff are friendly and make you feel at ease the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend Dream Sleep Center.

Experience was outstanding. Because of my health complications i had to partake in two sleep studies. Staff was fantastic. They made me feel as comfortable as was possible, given the complex nature of the study. Once results were gathered an excellent care plan was established. Follow up care great. This is a very professional operation and I an extremely pleased with results.
