I have a referral and a preauthorization approved my by my insurance that these people have sat on since 12/12/25. I have called twice and the people answering the phone are rude and not helpful.

Very disappointed in the communication and the entire process. I’ve had to call three times to get information about where I pickup the device, how to access it, where and how to return it. They are very concerned about completing antiquated online forms to protect their liability and ensure they get paid. The first person I spoke to insisted an address would be available in the forms I signed—it wasn’t. Apparently I didn’t get all of the forms the first time. The next person I spoke to didn’t know why I want receiving a text message that they sent. The first and third person I spoke to were based in a call center in the Philippines—I just needed more information about how to return the device to the RI location—apparently a locker outside a building but they didn’t know the locker number until the day before I picked I up but do know the code to get into it. Then they hung up on me. When I picked up the device, I found myself wandering an office park in Lincoln, RI. They give little information, and the Filipino staff just don’t know how to describe the process or the area. Lock boxes, codes, locker numbers, drop off boxes, no human interaction. I think I’d rather snore than deal with this again.

Just had a terrible phone call with Barry G a Filipino that is taking scheduling calls for home sleep studies at Epoch Sleep. 1. He asked for an emergency contact. Why? It is a Home study. If there is an emergency in MY own home what is he going to do in his Manilla call center? Nothing. I pushed back and he said that if I failed to return the device they will call that person and ask for their equipment back. This is a data grab. Do not give it to them. It is a false request to ask for an emergency contact if they are just going to pester your family. 2. He also said they might ship me a device after I pushed back on the emergency contact. Everything about dealing with Barry made me want to vomit rainbows.

Had a sleep study done a month ago and still no word from them. Also threatened that if I didn’t return the equipment the next day I would be billed 25 dollars a day until it was received back .

The staff is amazing. They were respectful to me being anxious, and to my privacy. They explained each step and moved slowly through the octopus of wires. Considering some wire some were popped off of me repeatedly, they were polite and (seemingly) unbothered. They were very attentive and were in my room in an instant when there was an issue. I do think the corridor lights could be dimmed. Each time my door opened it was rather bright and disruptive to sleep.
