I had both my sleep studies at this facility, from the beginning to end it was such a easy process. From the scheduling, to the girls in reception area who did such a amazing job showing me how to use the Hst to the last test which I had with a great tech who explained every step. I was very nervous due to reviews but me having a small business know you can't make everyone happy and I'm so happy I chose Rocky Mountain Sleep Resources and highly recommend

Went in for a sleep study, despite the at home results saying the exact same thing (they recommended it, but no additional info was discovered). The CPAP I was given kept making loud noises like a rapid pwafp pwapf pwapf - it woke me up hourly and according to the results, 23 times in one night. When I normally wake up once or twice at most with light to moderate apnea. They also don't explain anything and when the techs noticed the issue, they dismissed it, tightened the mask, and said "yeah, that one's been giving us issues" as if it was normal to "study sleep" with defective equipment. Honestly, it turned me off to CPAPs in general. Worst sleep of my life. I filled out my outtake survey with a negative experience documented, but never heard back from them until I got the bill. It costs $1,500 to sleep there for a single night under the guise of scientific study. When I disputed the results after reviewing them with my primary doctor who also agreed they weren't accurate (duh), they didn't listen, acknowledge, or find any fault of their own - despite camera evidence, sleep study evidence, and my exit survey. This has caused me to have to spend hours of my time disputing the "service" with my own physician, insurance, and them. A waste of time and money. Do not pay them for faulty results - AND keep in mind they have ZERO regard for customer service or patient care.

Drove round trip 80 miles. Started filling out the questionnaire, 5 pages. 3 pages of what they will do if I don't pay. Showedme th sleeping apparatus. Take it home and return it tomorrow. Another 80 miles, temp outside 99, tomorrow 105. Sollie chollie, no can do. I've never had any sleep problems before. And I won't tonight.

I recently had an overnight sleep study at RioGrande hospital through this sleep center. The tech was very nice and professional. The “sleep room” was actually in the OR prep area. It was quiet and I slept on a hospital bed. My referring doctor ordered a “ therapeutic overnight sleep study” to determine the amount of oxygen I needed to supplement my CPAP machine I’ve been using for years. What was actually done was a diagnostic sleep study. I have had several of these (including one in hospital sleep study) and was well aware I had sleep apnea! I’m so very disappointed that I didn’t receive the information my doctor needed to prescribe my nocturnal oxygen needs.

Slept overnight. Bed firm. Blankets were soft & warm. Room had a tv and fan. The staff was nice & welcoming. The only downfall is the conditioner.
