Wouldn't recommend anyone visit this office. They are rude, impatient, and bullies. Tried to do their sleep study multiple times with it failing, and apparently I was the one to blame. The doctor has the bedside manner of a troll, and didn't do any assessment just forced their costly sleep studies. Turns out my issue wasn't even remotely related to obstructive sleep apnea. Thank you to the WONDERFUL people at South coasts sleep center who actually help. Don't waste your time and money with these scammers.
Ask for someone else if you get the bridge troll for bloodwork. She's so rude, can't get the vein and will rip the needle out and act like it's your fault. Other tech did fine.
Dr Brown is the best. He is so caring, kind and genuine. He is very thorough as well. As for the reception team, not so great. They were rude, dismissive and seemed like they would rather be anywhere then helping patients. Once you get in past them, the service is wonderful!
I went to visit Dr. Brown for a DOT physical. I am already a patient at a different Primacare but I am considering switching to the Somerset facility because of how impressed I was with the service I received. Dr. Brown was very accommodating and nonjudgmental as was his whole team. They were very accommodating, friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about them. Nurse Stevie is also wonderful! Use their services, you won’t regret it!
I find the Sleep Study department to be the most thorough and knowledgeable out of all Primacare. I’ve been working with Becky in scheduling. She has a wide range of knowledge in regards to the sleep study center as well as insurance. Becky had helped me facilitate my father’s appointment and visit. She’s the only one out of primary, neurology, cardiology, and imaging that has a clue as to how to look up his insurance information to get the ball rolling. Without her; my dad wouldn’t have been able to do a sleep study that confirmed his need for a machine. During his visit he was helped by Nurse Sue. She was very considerate and explain things thoroughly. The location was very clean and accommodating in regards to his nighttime routine. My family and I highly recommend this place. They are very professional and they got the job done.
