Terrible. They have changed appt times until we are right up to our deadline! No reason given for the postponement. Need new parts for the equipment but no one answers the phone & no one returns calls. Assured us equipment was covered & now we have a bill for $155 sitting in the bill drawer. We're looking for a new sleep clinic.
