Outstanding care. In particular Crystal and her crew. Hands down are the best. I just wish they availed more services. I live a longs ways away. I go for the genuine, quality care you will receive there.

I’ve been receiving allergy shots for 15+ years with no issues. The past 2 months my shots did not get mailed and I had to call multiple times to get them shipped. I Just learned today that office will no longer auto ship my allergy shots. I’m now required to call every month to reorder (which is a huge inconvenience) . I tried emailing the office using the email address listed on the website and received a reply that the email is no longer valid. Not sure what’s going on, but very poor patient service.

Horrible practice. I have a recall to my potentially cancer causing cpap machine and cannot get these folks to call me back. My husband and I have left countless phone calls. They’re the people we have to go through to get a filter. Something they should be able to order. And, as our doctors of record, you would think they would have contacted us about the recall but instead we heard about it in the news. Shouldn’t be this difficult. Go anywhere else but here.

I rarely get up enough steam to write a negative review. But I feel I should say something. I have worked with a few nice folks; but have had nothing but problems and excuses throughout the entire customer experience. Based on several prior Google reviews, my experience with Metro isn't unique. I do not recommend this company.

This practice care more about your wallet than your health. It took a month to get test results that were promised in two weeks. After waiting a month I'm told make another appointment to get the complete details of the test results and so I can pay more. I couldn't get the test results but they could bill me in two weeks. All I hear from the office team is "we are opening new offices and we are really busy" - too busy apparenly to take care of their patients.
