From the first greeting as I walked in, I was comfortable! I was hesitant about the process, however, everything was great! My room was extremely clean and spacious. Jessica was phenomenal and very kind! Iām up at 5am and feel GREAT! š¤©š¤š¤
From my 1st call to check availability to the end of my sleep study I have never had a better experience. I had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to try and schedule with UHC, and they didn't have availability for six months. Optum answered the phone immediately, we're friendly and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. After receiving the order from my doctor they had everything square with my insurance and and scheduled for the test within 2 weeks. I was feeling anxious about the test and sleeping in an unknown environment. Ryan was amazing and told me about everything he was doing and why. I've never felt so safe and comfortable doing a medical test.
Staff was excellent. Very warm and engaging, as one could be attaching wires from head to toe. I never had any concerns and felt professionally helped through the whole process. Jessica is the best.
