I apologize this has taken me a while, but a few weeks ago i went into this facility needing to buy replacement parts for my sleep machine. I walked in very upset and angry, but I walked out very inspired and full of hope. there was a nice lady who's generosity did more than help with my machines need for replacement part. her generosity reminded me that there is actually good kind hear-ted people who care about veterans and our issues. When I looked at my report, it was obvious to me that my leads were hooked up incorrectly and my final report reflected. To give credit to the technician, they told me it was their first time using the new leads. The incorrect hook up was not noticed by the technician or any additional personal (assuming there is someone who reviews the technicians work). Ex- my report said that I slept prone. I was not prone, I was supine almost the *entirety of the night. I never sleep prone nor did I sleep prone due to the leads. Same issue when it said that I slept on my L side when I was actually on my R. That should have been noticed considering there’s a camera on me the whole night. If I didn’t educate myself on what to look for and medical terms within the report itself, this issue would have never been highlighted as it was not caught by the technician or the NP. All night long I do not feel as though I slept, the technician entered my room multiple times throughout the night. The final report claimed that I did sleep and gave a number of hours that I do not agree with. When I brought it up to the NP at the consultation it didn’t seem like she cared. My insurance was billed as if I received a proper test. Overall pretty disappointed. Recommend going somewhere else.
Came in last week as I was visiting Colorado, Discovered Delta Waves online. I was missing a piece for my mask and my machine. A young lady Alexus helped me tremendously with all the equipment I needed to get a good night's rest. Within the short time that she helped me I learned a few things I've never knew anything about. I'm so grateful to have met her, definitely would recommend this place.
Sleep study clinic, very professional, clean, comfortable and administered. I was there for an apnea study and was treated very well, if you want to see the degree your sleep is impacted this is the place to go.
Maddie at DW was fantastic and took extra care of me today trying to get my records to the VA on a time crunch. Amazingly positive, very professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Went the extra mile to make sure the info made it over for me. Delta Waves leadership team, please take care of this one, she is doing it right!
