I want to personally thank all of the staff at the Christus Trinity Clinic Sleep Center for their care and for being so personable. I found that I had some pretty serious sleep apnea last year and felt very overwhelmed. When my insurance kept dragging their feet the Sleep Center, and especially its Manager, Gina Keown, went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the help I needed. Gina herself made me feel like a priority and always met with me whenever I had a problem along the way. Now my sleep apnea is under control and my quality of life has greatly improved.

I am very disappointed with this facility. Knowing how quickly and easily medical bills can accumulate I am very inquisitive and careful before I agree to go through with any medical services. A sleep study was ordered by my doctor and I went to this facility for a consultation and one of my first questions was if my insurance would cover my sleep study. The facility "ran the insurance" and I was told that my sleep study would be covered. Knowing the less than dependable nature of medical insurance covering a full bill I would have been ok with paying $100, $200, $300, $400 or even $500 dollars in co pay or deductible for my sleep study. Many months after my sleep study and after additionally asking various office staff at this facility if my insurance fully covered the procedure and making sure I didn't have a bill from the facility I was hit with a bill in the thousands and will potentially be getting another similar bill in the future for the second part of the sleep study. After examining the bill and comparing it to average reasonable charges for a sleep study it was clearly maxed out to the point that my insurance had to put an adjustment on it so they wouldn't be taken to the cleaners. Looks like this sleep center is gonna try and get their excess profits out of me. I'm going to obtain some more information from my insurance company and get an itemized bill to look over in detail to get more information to fight this outrageous charge with. Now I know how unsuspecting people can start to drown in medical debt when they are over charged for something that should help them sleep and not keep them awake from the stress of medical bills. I recommend that anyone consider getting a sleep study go with an affordable at home sleep study that you can easily purchase online for a reasonable price. The gluttonous clinical facility sleep study industry has gotten way too greedy and they don't deserve to be overfed when there are much more reasonably priced options available. I suggest you shop around before you get price gouged here.

Dr Betz has been my pulmonologist for several months now! He is such a great & true professional who really shows he cares about his patients. His nurse, Patty, is fabulous too. She is very professional and kind! Ill miss Dr Betz as I thought he was going to be my hero with figuring out what's been going on with me and my lungs! He's on a contract, so, evidently his time is up here and a new permanent Pulmonologist will be coming in next month! Im sure she's no Dr Betz but I guess I'll have to give her a try! I pray she has some long term experience! Thank You Dr Betz for being so awesome with taking the time to explain all test results and trying to get to the bottom of things! Best wishes to you! Patty, please stay still! Dont be leaving any time soon🤗

bed is uncomfortable, lights out at 10pm everything goes black no exceptions. Even when you have ptsd and anxeity about the dark and you need some noise. The office itself is mishandled and unorganized they have now gotten my appointments wrong three times. Waste of my time as well as the staffs whom are awesome. The office itself is badly organized. As well as their "bedrooms" have outdated stained furniture. If you go... your only allowed one pillow. But I'd also pack your own blanket and sheets. I Dont recommend this place to anyone!
