It was a terrible experience. Room was not welcoming, was about 80 degrees in there. They touted their adjustable bed, my back hurt so bad when I left. At best I got maybe two hours of broken up sleep. The tech was very nice. But that was the only good thing.

Terrible experience. The technician had 2 people to watch for their sleep study. She was not watching any monitors when my mask would leak. She told me to stop moving around so much. When I left in the morning I noticed a recliner in her office. She must have been sleeping to. I won't be back.

Edward was terrific and gave excellent instructions. He informed to call at 2 weeks if I hadn't recd results . I did and recd no call back. Called again and a very snarky person named Nancy told me she sent them to my doctor that morning but never returned my call. Janet took 6 weeks to book my test because she wouldn't communicate with the ordering physicians office directly only by fax and always had a confirmation number as if that helped. She always played Chinese telephone between me and the ordering physicians leading to miscommunication, delays and anger. Don't go there if you want anything done in a timely, efficient manner. Why did it take 15 days 3 phone calls and and angry customer to get my results. I would give zero stars if not for Edward.

After having am appointment for a month, I get a last minute phone call saying no insurance authorization, I call blue Cross & blue shield, they say no one has called, they will call them, I'm on hold 40 min, they come back and say no one at the center knows about it! Then I get to the center to find out its been cancelled, now, how can I trust them?
