I’ve seen the audiologist Dr. Glyde at the Weymouth and Plymouth locations and she’s been nothing but wonderful to work with as I navigate my hearing loss, tinnitus, and need for a hearing aid.

Plymouth ENT prioritizes profit over quality of patient care. With all due respect doctor, my symptoms have absolutely nothing to do with pollen allergy (in December?) as stated on my initial exam in my Patient Portal. Yes, let’s start with allergy testing 🤑, and no doesn’t seem to be an option, even though you clearly stated that you’ve never had or are having allergy issues. Meanwhile, my health has declined and my time has been wasted.

Amature office at best

Facility was gorgeous but they don't answer their phone so you cannot get your records or pay your bill. Been trying for weeks. Only one that answers is scheduling and then they say they can't do anything else and will try to transfer...

Waited over 4 months to get in here then app was 8;45 didn’t get taken till Well after 9:30 then was in and out on 10 min . With nothing done or said and NO help for my severe pain I’d been in for months and still in now . Was told or we need to refer you to someone eles then it was never done I was pushed aside again still in severe pain everything they told me here was the total opposite of doctor and dentist and when I told them ok but this is what they were having me do for my pain at doctor and dentist they said ok maybe do that then . Ummmm was already doing all that and it was doing nothing so I came here this place totally wanted my insurance money and copay they don’t return calls or put in referrals like they claim . Please please go somewere else like I said waited months in pain to get in and got no help and am still in major pain .
