What a Beautiful office and I just have to share I had the nicest experience and the most helpful people and I just had to explain the doctor that helped me. She did a hearing test and she was just amazing along with the lady that was checking me in thanks again, Everyone keep up the great work.💖💖💖
I have been dizzy for a year and a half now. Last year I went to Plymouth ear nose and throat for help. They diagnosed me with Ménière’s disease, even though I had never had a vertigo attack (just constant dizziness 24/7). I also had a CT scan and MRI showing no fluid in the middle ear (another characteristic of Menieres). They put me on several medications that made me feel much worse. I tried the diet (no alcohol/caffeine and low sodium) and told them it made no difference. I was told “coffee can help because it’s a diuretic” contradicting the recommended diet they suggested I follow in the last appointment. I questioned my diagnosis many times and another possibility wasn’t even considered. They just kept telling me there’s no cure. Thank goodness I got a second opinion finally. I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine and exophoria and am finally finding some relief. Do not waste your time, money or hope.
I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine since May, but my insurance kept denying me. The CPAP company I was referred to basically gave up after the denial and told me, “Your insurance won’t approve one.” My current machine is barely functioning, so I was feeling frustrated and stuck. When I called Plymouth Ears Nose and Throat, I was transferred to Shannon. From the start, she told me she doesn’t usually handle CPAP approvals, but she would try to help me as much as she could. And she truly went above and beyond. Shannon was incredibly persistent, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Thanks to her determination, I just received my approval letter from my insurance company—and I can finally look forward to a good night’s sleep! And I’m sure my wife is looking forward to it as well! I switched to this office because of the lack of communication at my previous sleep doctor’s office, and I am beyond impressed with the follow-up and dedication this team has shown. The PA I saw was also very kind and thorough. I will be referring anyone I can to this practice. Thank you, Plymouth ENT, for caring so much about your patients!
I had an exceptionally positive experience at Plymouth ENT's urgent care facility on 8/6/2025 to address a sudden hearing loss. The PA who examined me, Nathaniel Murray, was experienced and thorough, and explained all procedures, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. They also arranged an audiologic hearing test on the spot. Five stars all the way!
I have been going to Plymouth Ears, Nose and Throat since 2022. My audiologist is Dr. Ariana Glyde and she is one of the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors in this practice. Dr. Glyde is very patient and is a good listener. Her hearing tests are thorough, and everything is explained in detail using "normal verbiage". She fitted me for hearing aids and has always been available to answer questions, make adjustments, and when needed, giving me pep talks about wearing my hearing aids daily. To put it simply, if she ever left, I would follow her because of the complete services she provides me as her patient. She's the real deal! You won't be sorry! Vic P.
