Today my son had an appointment with Dr.Aggarwal let me just say she has been very helpful when my son first started seeing her. My son has a severe disability which means as a parent I have alot on my plate everyday. Today was a follow-up after 4 months just to see how my son was doing on his CPAP machine which he hasn't been using because our dog tore up his strap as I have been buying masks & straps for the past 6 months. It seems today that Dr.Aggarwal was very frustrated about my situation and my son is 17 I'm teaching him how to be more responsible and to put his machine away after using it. As a doctor she didn't have anything else to recommend for my son today but wanted me to stay on top of him about putting his masks & strap away. I am a mother/caregiver for my son that goes over and beyond to make sure his health is good some things I try to keep up with as a doctor I feel today she didn't understand me and that's OK. I will schedule my son appointment as needed since it was no help from Dr.Aggarwal today.
Robert was our Sleep Tech and he was the absolute BEST! He answered every question I asked and was on top of his job until the sleep study was over. I felt very safe staying over night with him and if I had to recommend him I would do it 1000 times. Thanks Robert for your wonderful work ethic. Most definitely 5 stars ⭐️
Tim was an exceptional sleep study technician! He was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the night. His clear explanations and informative approach helped alleviate any anxiety I had. I felt safe and well-cared for under his guidance. Highly recommend this facility, especially if you have Tim as your tech!
I spent the night with Fusion Sleep in their Atl Perimeter location recently for my overnight evaluation. I was really pleased with the experience; the room was nice, clean and comfortable. I was in Tim K’s care for the evening and he was terrific. Tim answered all my questions, and put me at ease with his knowledge and experience. I was pleasantly surprised that the overnight experience was quite pleasant.
My stay on January 14th was very comfortable. First of all the staff person Tim was very helpful and professional. He kept me calm throughout the session. Our interactions were great. Explained every detail. I could tell he loved his job and it made a difference. Thank you Tim!!
