Dr. Phillips and her associates were amazing. They kept me calm during a needle in my foot extraction and I am home now resting. I would recommend Dr. Phillips as she is wonderful 😊

Tried to dispute their billing code for a “new patient/complex visit lasting 45-59 minutes” for my visit that lasted less than 10 minutes, consisted of him looking in each ear and then the dr telling me he’s surprised I sleep well and don’t have breathing problems because of my severe deviated septum (I was there because of two mild back to back ear infections, I breath and sleep just fine) and he said “not sure about the ear infections but give me a call if you want to fix your breathing”. Felt very sales pitch, like there wasn’t an opportunity to get a procedure from the ear ache so he plugged for something else. The billing department was very nice, it’s not their fault after all, but this office will bill for things that didn’t actually happen. Beware. There won’t be a next time for me, but if there were, I’d be sure to ask specifics of billing in the office.

I sought treatment for inflammation due to my Achilles Tendonitis, but I feel the doctor didn’t diagnose the issue accurately. They prescribed steroids for two weeks and recommended a boot. The inactivity during the two weeks of wearing the boot seemed to alleviate the inflammation, but it returned after a few weeks. When I inquired about the next steps, they suggested physiotherapy. I believe they should have referred me to physiotherapy initially instead of prescribing steroids, which had numerous side effects on me. I felt that they didn’t conduct a proper diagnosis and merely followed standard procedures. During my first visit, they used an X-ray to confirm the inflammation. However, when I returned after two weeks, they simply stated that no X-ray was needed as the inflammation had subsided. This left me feeling confused. I wouldn't recommend this facility

I generally do not write reviews, but had so many problems with this organization I decided to share my experience in a nutshell. It will only let me put so many words on here so can't explain all of the issues I had since there were so many. Basically, they had very poor communication through out the whole organization. It makes it difficult to trust them to do surgery on someone when they can't schedule appointments and surgeries correctly. They must be more focused on money than proper care of patients since they would rather cram surgeries in than do what is in the best interest of patients especially when treating a 4 year old. They are very focused on doing what is best for them and what makes them the most money. The right hand also has no idea what the left hand is doing there and will give you the ring around if you question things you are told even when you are told different answers to the same question by several different people there including the surgeons and CEO there. Also very difficult to get a hold of and no one who answers the phones can help with anything besides trying to find someone else for you. I am also a health care provider so understand it is a business but surgeons should have patients best interest as a first priority especially when treating small children. I would recommend going elsewhere. I have never had such a terrible experience with a healthcare organization before.
