I give one star only because the staff at reception is so kind. Otherwise I wish I could give zero. I have now been waiting 2.5 months for my one month follow up on my bipap that I just got. I have issues and need to speak to a doctor. They appear to not adhere to any set hours they advertise and this is now the second time in a row that they have given me a phone call follow up appt at a specific date and time and then gotten it wrong and called at a wrong time and/or date. They’re supposedly open til 5 but I called to inquire about the appt I was supposed to have today and they were already closed at 2:30pm. I feel extremely irritated and will be switching to a new sleep center at this point. Terrible service and the doctors are brisk and rushed. I can’t keep them on the phone for more than 3 minutes for a phone appt and if they do get the right date and time they are always hours late to call with no communication whatsoever. No appt confirmations either. Just very poorly run. UPDATE as of 2025: I called this clinic multiple times trying to get my bibap pressure issues sorted out. This spanned multiple years. I never once got a call back. Not once. And as I read these other reviews and see the “we’re under new management” from 5 years ago, I just cannot imagine how a place like this hasn’t gone under yet. I will be seriously considering filing a complaint with the medical board of NM against this place and I really hope others will too. This place propagates medical abuse and I cannot fathom how they are still operating. UPDATE JULY 2025: the negative reviews continue to roll in, telling me they have changed nothing in all this time. They get people in for the sleep study which I’m sure is the primary source of their income and then neglect their patients after that to a criminal extent. After they’ve paid for that study. I would like everyone here to know that I have made an official complaint and request for investigation against this place as of yesterday with the New Mexico medical board and the department of health. Those who have had similar experiences, I really encourage you to do the same. Look at the reviews here. This is not one person with a grudge. This is many, many people who have been mistreated at this place. Please report them also to the medical board and the NM department of health. Look how far back these reviews go. They are just being allowed to operate freely, taking advantage of their patients and discarding them after they got the most beneficial payout. Please report them too. This is medical abuse.

My husband is a patient at New Mexico Sleep Labs. We want to thank everyone for everything they have done and for how kind they have been. A special shout out to Milena for going above and beyond . She was exceptional and bent over backwards to schedule us her communication skills are top notch. She was empathetic and caring Our doctor was phenomenal he took time with my husband to explain the importance of his condition. He was genuine and patient. Thank you, thank you for all of your professionalism and kindness.

They are the worst. They simply blew off a follow-up appointment I had for a sleep study. Got there on time; waited 20 minutes; no one ever showed up. Plus you can never email anyone and you can never actually reach anyone on the phone. It's always "leave a message and we'll call you back." Maybe, but probably not...

I had such a wonderful experience today, my first visit to Sleep Center. Milena and her staff Daisy, Krista,Valeria and of course Dr. Ishmael gave such attentive and caring service. Everyone was so understanding, kind and patient. I will be recommending anyone I know with sleep disorders to give them a call and the same care that I did.

I called the center yesterday and received exemplary customer service! I spoke with Krista, who answered the phone, no voice prompts, didn't have to leave a message, rare these days. Krista was upbeat, positive and very nice on the phone. She immediately located the doctor's order that had been faxed to them in order to schedule my appointment. Krista assisted me in making my appointment and made it very easy for me!
