For the second time, I arrived for my 7:30am appointment ten minutes early.Shortly thereafter the nurse escorted me to a small exam room where she explained that she was going to administer a solution into my nasal passages to numb them for the exam I was about to have. After sitting in the room for 15 minutes the nurse reenters and says the physician you were going to see is not arriving for sometime and I will need to reschedule. This as I stated was the second time that this individual was not there for a 7:30am This is unprofessional, unacceptable and something should be done about this behavior.
