Stay away. No idea what HIPAA privacy is, Dr. Khosala must think it's a joke?
Can't talk to anyone.always voice mail. Told me wrong address first time I went there. 3 weeks after my sleep study nothing has been done. Waiting for info to be sent to corner home medical and waiting. No idea what's going on.
Been trying to get my script renewed so I can buy needed supplies. The CPAP Store has faxed over a request to get my script renewed 3 times and they suggested I call the clinic too so it could get renewed. No one ever picks up the phone and it just goes to voice-mail. Done this 3 times as well. This clinic is horrible for returning calls.
Wonderful clinic. Dr. Khosla and her staff are always professional and they go above and beyond to help with any sleep related issue. Dr. Khosla is very knowledgeable about sleep medicine and patiently answered all of my questions. Unlike some of my previous appointments at a hospital setting, this clinic felt much more personable and caring. The staff were quick to respond to any questions I had via email or phone. Dr. Khosla is amazing and I’d highly recommend her clinic to anyone who is struggling with anything sleep related!:)
This has to been one of the worst clinics I have ever been to. Did an at home sleep study and no one ever called me with my results. I had to call 3 weeks later to find out the information. Then did an onsite sleep study per recommendation from doctor. Took over 2 1/2 weeks to get the results and I had to call for them. Results were ready 5 days after study and I called 2 weeks after that to find out why no one called me with results. Used the excuse that doctor was out on vacation and I would need to setup a video conference. I understand that people take time off but someone in the office couldn't call me to at least let me know a video conference was needed and to get it on the schedule. They are also terrible at returning voicemails that are left when no one answers.
