Sonno Sleep Center East

The staff is absolutely a great group, friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility/ sleep study rooms are horrible. I was in rm1 and the mattress should have been replaced long ago. It was cheap and very uncomfortable in parts you sank in and other parts you felt the frame and springs. The room itself felt like a broom closet. I DO NOT recommend this certain sleep center to anyone. I expressed this to the nurse practitioner, she didn’t seem to care.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable, same day appointment available. Had a sleep study done at this location and the Tech was super nice the set up was comfortable.

From booking the sleep study appointment, to the sleep study, to the doctor's appointments in between, the Sonno Sleep Center on Loma del Sur is top notch. Ciera took the time to carefully explain to be the entire process as well as the process on the insurance end. Amazing customer care. In the office, Carolina juggled a million things --- in both English and Spanish (woo hoo) and always with a good attitude with staff and patients. The doctor, also bilingual, switched back and forth between the languages effortlessly to ensure both my husband and I understood the results. While the paperwork and doctor's meetings took at the Loma del Sur office, the sleep test was performed at the N Mesa office. Shoutout to the excellence of the technician there whose name begins with an N. Kind and professional. Still waiting to get the cpap machine from the medical supplier, but so far all in all, an outstanding experience thanks to the stellar team at Loma del Sur. Take your bow, ladies.
