Terrible customer service. Now, they don’t deal in supplies for CPAP or BiPAP machines and completely wash their hands of helping you get much needed supplies. I will not return to them and would say try anyone else!

Horrible service had a telehealth appointment 3 weeks ago, provider said I need a sleep study and they will call me back same day to schedule, still haven’t heard from them I’ve called over 10 times and left 5 voicemails since the appointment.. not one call returned not a email not one single acknowledgment.. I’m very interested to know who runs this office my next review is going to the Texas Medical Board this place needs to be shut down!

DO NOT use!!!! I have not received my test result since Feb 8th. They never answer the phone and rarely call back when you leave a message. I complained to my insurance and had them call Sono to no avail. I also complained to my doctor. Do not go there!!!! Very inefficient.

Be prepared to always pay extra. They send bills or always let you know about additional balances, and you can never get a straight answer for what it is for. You just are told to contact billing, but good luck ever getting someone to answer.

Let me first say that he technicians that do the sleep study at night are excellent. Further let me state that I feel ripped off. They charged me the specialist co-pay for all visits. The initial visit lasted around 10 minutes and the follow ups after each sleep study lasted less than 3 minutes each though I was in the office for over an hour. So that's 5 visits at full price. So after the first study they tell me I have sleep apnea. Now 2 months later insurance has denied me because they did not send in the requested paperwork. I called and asked them about it and was told that the requested paperwork had been sent. Still no CPAP for me. They do not return calls. I can honestly say that I absolutely cannot recommend Sonno Sleep Center and regret ever having any dealings with them.
