HORRIBLE!! Its an understatement!!!! They have rescheduled my daughter who is needing surgery several times already and always do it the day before with a pathetic excuse each time. I thought my baby daddy was irresponsible at some point however 8 hour sleep clinic has shown me another side of irresponsible. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Had my sleep study done this past Saturday. I was, at first, somewhat apprehensive and arrived right before 8 pm. I was let in by the sleep technician Leann. Upon entering the room, Leann explained the process and got me set up. Leann exhibited professionalism, understanding and care all night long. She is truly committed to her job and patients and I wanted to recognize that. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. Thank you for this great experience. Recommend it wholeheartedly.

I would not recommend the 8 Hour Sleep Clinic. Two months ago, I received a CPAP machine from them, and shortly afterward I developed wheezing in my lungs. My doctor had to put me on antibiotics and steroids so I could breathe properly again. Later, when I followed their instructions to clean the CPAP, I noticed a film in the water tank. When I wiped it with a tissue, it came out pink — a type of bacteria that grows in damp environments. I do not have this bacteria in my bathroom or anywhere else in my home, which means it came from the CPAP itself. When I brought the contaminated machine back to the clinic and asked for an exchange, they refused. Instead of taking responsibility for providing unsafe medical equipment, they left me with a device that put my health at risk. Medical equipment should be clean and safe. I trusted this clinic with my health, and their negligence and refusal to correct the problem showed a complete lack of accountability. I strongly caution others to be very careful before using this clinic. I’m

It's a ripoff. I have serious sleep issues, but here, they told me that my sleep is perfect despite the fact that I literally slept poorly (or rather, didn't sleep at all) during their study. Like they take the two minutes in which you managed to "sleep" to say "yeah, you slept well" to avoid doing any deeper analysis. Easiest grand they ever made. Then, they charge you a lot for a "1 hour appointment" which is just a three minute phone call. Sadly, the staff is rude, too. One guy was even coming into my room in the middle of the night.

As much money as we paid for my son to have a sleep study the service was not that great. When I tried scheduling his appointment to begin with I called a handful of times no answer, left a voicemail and didn't get a call back until I emailed them. I scheduled consultation and the Dr. was nice and friendly. We scheduled my son for his sleep study a couple weeks out for something that worked with mine & my husbands my schedule(we live out of town). I was then called and told I needed to reschedule which was annoying, but fine it happens. Upon arriving for my sons sleep study I am told that my son is scheduled for the lomaland location which was never stated when I rescheduled. I drove 3 hours into town for this appointment, so this was infuriating. I then have to schedule for the next day. The sleep tech we had was great and patient. We scheduled follow up to be a phone call specifically since we live out of town. I was called to confirm and told my appointment was made for in person, but said they would have doctor call me at the end of the day, but never received a call which was on a friday. I called back monday and told same thing, no phone call. It wasn't till tuesday when I finally spoke to doctor and got results. My son didn't get much sleep during his test since he got frustrated from being woken up trying to apply everything and honestly not sure how accurate the test results were since his normal sleep at home is a lot different then when he did his sleep study. I would've liked to get him retested to make sure results were accurate, but it was so expensive the first time and I felt like it was a waste of time and money with everything we went through.
