They were great with my granddaughter. The people are so nice and caring. She was 11 years old when she had her sleep study done. They let me stay the night with her. They were very accommodating. In fact I'm calling my insurance today so that I can change the provider so I can have my study done here.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this clinic. I had my sleep study done in Aug 2024, it is now Feb 2025 and I have yet to receive any cpap machine. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Finally had to go down there and speak with someone In person. All for them to blame it on my “insurance”. little did they know I work for medical insurance and I know the ins n outs. They had NOT contacted my insurance till I stepped in the office demanding them to do something. A week later lo and behold I get an approval letter from my insurance. I went back down there to speak with them about what the next steps will be. NOW! They are saying they are waiting for an other authorization AND I NOW have to pay $1200 deductible for my cpap machine because it’s a new year! When last year when they SHOULD HAVE SUBMITTED, I had already met my deductible. This is beyond unprofessional! This isn’t a game to play with peoples lives this way! We have real medical problems. Shame on you!!
