I am very disappointed with Dr Gebhardt and the Concord Hospital Sleep Center Gilford NH. I asked for an appointment just to get a renewed prescription for my CPAP. I was very clear that was all I needed. I called and got my previous records sent to them but they had no record, so I got the other provider to send them again. On the day of the appointment, I had my old CPAP with me but she did not want to see it. Her focus was a new (costly) sleep study. She was not happy with the prior info. That was pretty much the extent of the appointment. I now have a new CPAP machine, using my old prescription and am very happy with it. I am unsure what she did to deserve approx $250. I DO NOT recommend this office!!!

They blew my yearly appointment, were apologetic and kind about it. But then......nothing. I was offered an appointment that afternoon, but way too much driving back and forth from where we live. They just dropped the ball......so I've moved on. They are not part of Concord Hospital which is very confusing to patients.

The Dr. was nice, but prescribed a home sleep study over an in-lab study, when the home studies have far more instances of coming back inconclusive. This means you have to have the in-lab study done anyways, and Unfortunately you have to pay for both out of pocket if you havn’t met your deductible. So that was the case, my home study test was inconclusive and I paid $821.00 out of pocket, then I found out how much the in-lab study was going to cost me out of pocket and had to cancel it as I couldn’t afford another big hit on my HSA, as it would have drained it. So $821.00 later and I have nothing to show for it, and no hope of solving my snoring and fatigue issue. Too bad, so sad for me!

My husband and I were both evaluated at the sleep center. He uses a bipap and I use a cpap. I have been a patient for 7 years with them and have never had an issue. My husband has been a patient for 4 years and he too has had no issues. We meet once a year with Eileen Oliver who is wonderful to deal with and the staff at the front desk are great also. Due to facial hair my husband had a terrible time with leaking issues and they worked with him to find the right mask for him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After receiving a notice in the mail that I was past due on having my c pap checked. I made an appointment. I checked in today and instead of meeting with the doctor I met with a nurse practicioner who came in with the wrong patient folder and began by telling me how it had only been 2 years since my last visit....after a brief discussion and my birthday and address low and behold she had to hunt down my folder. I clearly explained how much my c pap ment to me and how there's no sleep without it. She explained that my SD card was unreadable and would program another for me. Well she screwed it up and now I'm up all night waiting for someone to get in so they and unscrew the NPs work. The care and attention to detail from this practice is common to Lakes Region General Hospital facilities , AKA Lakes Region Butcher Shop. I implore anyone reading this review to go anywhere else! Nurse Practitioners ARE NOT DOCTORS! I will be finding a new sleep apnoea doctor, one that does they're own work and doesn't settle for ALMOST as good to see they're patients!
