I can't say enough good things about Dr. Macias and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The staff was organized and professional, and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Macias was fantastic, she was incredibly thorough and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt like I was in the best hands throughout my entire appointment. Appts are always fast and easy. Staff is friendly too. Been going to Sonno since my initial sleep appt yrs ago and will continue with them.
Doctor recommend ed we switch companies for respiratory supplies to LinCare and this company doesn't have portable oxygen concentrator so now our mobility is very limitrd.
My experience at Sonno Sleep Center was amazing! The staff there is so friendly and they really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I barely had to wait at all. The sleep specialist explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. The previous reviewer is a little confused. A sleep center is not a place to get a good night's sleep. It is place where they determine what happens when you sleep. Of course the technicians have to come into the room. This was my 3rd sleep study in the past 10 years and it was by far the best. The technician was very understanding and helpful and the staff is great. If you want a hotel night stay without results, by all means, go to another sleep center that offers breakfast. If you want to find out what happens while you sleep and get help, this is the place to go.
