horrible communication... phone operators will not explain anything, they will ask you to hold on and just transfer you all day. Just got transfered 4x without any explanation. Communication via myhealthevet (online) is not any better
This clinic is garbage. No one answers the phone, you spend 15 to 30 minutes on hold no matter what time of day. All my appointments have had to be made through the main VA health customer service because of this. When having my first PCM meeting, she barely paid attention to what I was saying, then I had to wait in the middle of my appointment so she could make notes and help another patient. I’m currently in the process of switching clinics.
It was so kind of these people to mail me their feelings. If only they knew the pain from their own medical malpractice.
Am told to go to the lab at 4pm. Get there and am told the lab closed at 2pm. Drove an hour and a half for no reason. The stupidity of the VA doesn't even surprise me anymore. Absolutely worthless 90% of the time.
I have been to this VA a handful of times, and I don't recall ever having a negative experience. It is located on the second floor, and the staff has always been courteous if I had questions. There is plenty of parking in the front, with several handicap spaces near the front entrance.
