Excellent service, everyone is very helpful.
I'm a combat veteran. Had same doctor for over 15 years then they removed me from under his care without notice or even giving me an option to decide. I requested a change of doctor and the primary care deputy chief Dr.Charles A. Vickrey denied my request. Doesn't the VA EXISTS TO MAKE VETERANS LIFES BETTER?? They are NOT making mine better. I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING UNREASONABLE OR FOR SOMETHING EXTREMELY UNATTAINABLE. I built a solid relationship with my original doctor and it has VALUE. Dr. CHARLES A VICKREY..YOU AND YOUR ACCOMPLICES LACK COMMON SENSE AND UNDERSTANDING IN THESE SIMPLE BUT VERY IMPORTANT THINGS. My next step will be the press and I WILL WORK TO EXPOSE these injustices that our veterans go through. Shameful. Do the right thing.
I have nothing nice to say about the Veteran Administration. So I'm not going to write anything.
Love the new VA system... they have more qualified people, and they show real empathy for the veterans who seek help.
Plenty of parking. You have to check-in with a live person. The kiosks don't work at this VA location. Free Wi-Fi. New facility, but no real food. There are two vending machines with pop and bagged "treats" but they are meant to be a qwik fix snack.
