They treated my husband like trash today. He is on Dr. Cheng group, the support staff are terrible, rude and they do not care. They do not even take the blood pressure correctly and when he asked about it they just laughed. And after they up set him they tried to say he had high blood pressure which they caused. They are terrible.
Needed to be seen only to be turned away and instructed to go register with main post because, it’s been a while since my last visit. Not very receptive and you could sincerely see they don’t give a crap about you. Just being real.
As far as my Team with Dr. SANDOVAL SIMPLY THE VERY BEST. I appreciate all they do for me. Sometimes the front desk can be a little rough. But for the most part helpful.
The El Paso VA Westside Clinic is excellent. Dr. Quirarte and his team are the best—always attentive and thorough. The lab process is quick and easy as long as you’re on time. Great care every visit.
Clean, friendly, and very easy for one-on-one appointments like a blood sample or referral for a specialist. Way better than going all the way out to the downtown VA.
