Milton was excellent at prep and testing and I believe all was successful regarding my sleep study last night. They said they got enough sleep data and all I need to do is increase my pressure. I'm confident I'll be successful.
I was apprehensive about doing this sleep study. Mostly because I did not want to be told I would need a CPAP. The one they put on me was not so bad, just a nose cup. I had gotten something to help me sleep, being so nervous. Everyone was so nice when I arrived. I met my technician and she took me to my room. I got comfortable and she came in and hooked me up to all the wires and I got into bed, I was asleep in no time. Before I knew it they were waking me up to leave. I was very impressed with the care and courtesy shown me. I would definitely recommend Omnisleep to anyone needing to do a sleep study. My apprehensive feelings were gone by the time I went to sleep. This place is awesome!
My overall experience with Omni Sleep has been positive, with the exception of my interactions with Krista Davis. In both of my appointments with her, she came across as overly serious, rude, and as if she just wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible, showing little compassion toward me. During my most recent virtual visit, I tried to explain my situation and discuss potential lifestyle changes, including transitioning from a CPAP machine to a mouth guard. Before I could finish, she abruptly cut me off and said, “What is your question? Just tell me your question.” It felt unprofessional and discouraging. Based on my experiences, I wouldn’t be surprised if others have encountered similar behavior. Otherwise, everyone else at Omni Sleep has been great.
This is my 3rd time here. I've come as caretakers for my daughter and an aunt and then now myself and my husband. Each time I've met with amazing staff who are friendly and know what they're doing. I requested the gentleman who studied my daughter for my husband and that was given and the tech who helped me last night was just as amazing. For me a friendly personality in an unfamiliar environment really helps to make a person feel comfortable. I recommend Omnisleep 💯 percent.
Alexandria was a very polite and respectful. She would inform me of what she was doing and why. The room was very clean and I was able to get a good nights sleep. Thank you for everything.
