The entire staff and Dr were wonderful. Ms Bertha was so helpful and she understood and was compassionate about my issues. They were efficient and the office and rooms were cozy and beautiful. Well worth the price.
Staff is so nice and friendly. I love the girl I see every time I go. You get in quickly. I definitely would recommend this place to others.
Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother came here to get help with her CPAP machine because it was at the end of its life expectancy. While doing the sleep study to renew her prescription, the doctor in charge of the study was extremely rude, did not listen to anything my mother was saying, and ended the study early becuase he got frustrated. Before my mom could go to her follow up appointment, she had to have emergency heart surgery on 12/8. The follow up appointment was listed on 12/10 and instead of finding a way to accomodate and send the prescription to my mom's doctors so she could sleep, they refused. They demanded that my mother HAD to go IN PERSON to go over the results before they would release the prescription to her doctors. Impossible. After finally agreeing to do a telemed conference, they said that we would have to pay out of pocket because they wouldn't send the bill to the insurance. My mother currently cannot speak, she can hardly listen, and has been post op ICU care at the hospital. But by there "Process" they have to read the results to the patient who won't understand anything in order for them to help. To finish it off, the front desk person I was speaking to on the phone, hung up on me while I was asking to speak to a supervisor and the doctor. Absolutely horrible experience. If you care about your loved ones, absolutely do not send them here.
My appointment was scheduled at 10:40 AM....I did not get my vitals until 11:45....I was not sent to the back until 12:15 PM. Did not see the doctor until 12:30 PM and of course I only spoke with him for like 5 minutes. Then I am encouraged to submit this review to "help the business grow". Didn't leave the building till 12:40 PM. And the waiting room was consistently full. If this business wants to grow, for the love of God, fix the damn wait times!!!!! Two hours for an entire doctor's visit is ridiculous. I don't know the inner workings of this business or why the wait times are so long but the scheduling needs to be reworked or something needs to change to fix the wait times.
Polite and courteous, thoughtful staff that run the clinic quite efficiently! The sleeping quarters were big rooms with comfortable beds, and a very nice shower and bathroom for getting ready when you are awakened so early from your sleep study!! Only thing I wish they had was coffee for the early risers!!! There's not that many people in each sleep study, would one pot of coffee in the lobby be so much to ask?? ;))) but truly, its a great, well run office that is staffed with happy well organized staff. Thier follow up appts are very efficient as well!!
