These people NEVER EVER answer the phone!!!!!! I had my appointment weeks ago they were supposed to up my pressures which didn't happen and then they were supposed to order me a new cpap machine and guess what? Still no word on that either!!!! COME ONE PEOPLE! QUIT SITTING ON YOUR HANDS AND ANSWER YOUR PHONE
I Do Not recommend this place. After 2 months with no word on my CPAP machine I finally got through to a real Person. OOPS they said. They sent it to the wrong place. They said they would resend to correct place. But NOPE, new place has no records of RX. Now I am stuck calling to a phone number that is not answered. The staff is nice but inefficient.
This place is a joke. They "lost" three of my referrals. They never answer the phones scheduled on a day then had to reschedule cause insurance was never resubmitted then it was scheduled for a Sunday they are closed Sundays had it changed never got a confirmation since they never updated the last time. Waited a month for results with was told and confirmed it was tellehealth NEVER GOT A COMFORMATION OR CALL! called another office now have to wait another month for my results because apparently it was scheduled as an in office visit but never got a confirmation have been trying to call for several days gets brushed off as "they are in clinic today" no this isn't a one day thing they NEVER answer their phones. Do yourself a favor go somewhere thats actually decent cause this place is even outdated equipment.
Good luck with this outfit. Appointment made for a day they were closed. Received a call from Jackie to confirm the second appointment on the wrong day. They would not call back. Thank goodness I drove to the office. She denied making the call even though I have the voicemail she left! There is a lack of integrity and follow through. They will not take the time to provide any personalized service. There is always an excuse. I am still waiting for the phone call to schedule a follow up visit from January 4, 2024. Today is March 27, 2024.
The techs were great. The facilities were good. But nothing else. There's not even soap in the shower to get the gunk from your hair. It's impossible to get a call back. Ever. You have to incessantly bug to get info and follow-ups scheduled.
