Need time sensitive labs performed. Too bad. They have a schedule to keep. Don’t worry they can maybe accommodate you…next week or the week after that or the week after that. Turning patients away is insane. Preventing patients from receiving the medical treatment that they need is insane. This place is a waste of taxpayer money. Don’t bother stopping they’ll just turn you away.
First off UCVH Colebrook NH is where the service was provided during an emergency visit. Nobody notified us that Southern NH Radiology is who handles imaging at UCVH. For 6 months now I've been dealing with SNHR telling me "we can't bill your insurance without a claims address" which UCVH said is absolutely untrue. Yet again, another bill comes in saying no insurance on file. So I call SNHR, again, and told first it was an issue with my address and then she said it's a claims address being invalid. Nothing they say makes sense. UCVH even told me they send over insurance information to SNHR. We didn't even have a choice to opt out of this company doing the CT scan. The hospital is no help either, everyone just passing the blame. I call UCVH billing for the 3rd time, this time I'm told it's a customer service issue and they will send it to CS to look over. Like omg take responsibility for who you contract with!
Place is a joke no doctors to speak of no radiology can't do an ultrasound at night cause no one knows how to run it. Anything major and they do blood work and send u too another hospital bandaid hospital is putting it lightly worst hospital ever in NH
Recently almost fainted while driving from Pittsburg , I was able to at least make it to the hospital in time , luckily My experience was remarkable! From check in to next day departure The nurses were outstanding,in every way Dr brown & Dr Moore in particular was considerate in his explanation so l could understand my situation thank you so much Jimmy oneal Buy the way the food was actually outstanding almost 5 star ⭐.
This hospital really deserves 0 stars. The fact they have such rude and useless drs such as Dr. Brown is ridiculous. You report them and the hospital does nothing about it. This man refused to check my son who had a fever (the same day my daughter passed away and all she had was a fever) because he was so sure my daughter passed from a seizure which was completely false! This "Doctor" needs to fired! Completely useless!!!
