Staff is always smiling and friendly. Jeff Haney is great doing physical therapy. He talks you through the session, checks yor pain level before and after the session. I've been trying to get relief for years and finally found some. I've already lined up my next session. Great location and lots of parking.

Unfortunately, I was picking my prescription the for myself and my children this pharmacy, the pharmacist one guy who works down there, he’s very racist and he cannot even hide it. I ask if I can get my prescription to delivery to my apartment which is normal because it’s allowable. They didn’t want to do that for me instead they hang up the phone on me. They treat horrible the Somali people and any other black people i’m sure they do this every day Black people. For safety purposes I don’t trust these people.

My brother in law was taken to Altru Hospital from Grafton, ND with a head injury. My oldest son is also a head injury for the past 21 years. so you might say I do know what I'm talking about. The care my brother in law received was not regular TBI treatment very incorrect. If you were not able to care for him right your staff should have sent him to a hospital that could have managed his care. He was sent to a rehab, for 2 weeks then released without anyone being there and he is still not able to make proper choices concerning his health or his well being. If this is the care you give maybe there should be an investigation by the medical board. The doctor told his wife he would never be able to work again yet the social worker did nothing to help her apply for his disability or get the training she needs to take care of him. Our family is very disappointed in your hospital and staff.
