My son comes here for his care. His pediatrician Dr Peterson is awesome! All staff we have been in contact with have been very good with him
TWICE in one week they have messed up our appointments and scheduling, the front office staff are always rude, the lady who answers the phone for the Covid in crookston is rude and almost never gives the right information
First impression was nice staff, clean, and so far impressed with the Dr.
I was diagnosed with a uterine infection and a uti last night. I had just given birth at altru 5 days ago. I refused the covid testing as its highly innacurate and my husband needs to work to support our family. My fever went away with IV antibiotics. This morning I left against medical advice after an ER nurse, Britta L would not let me use the bathroom near my room anymore but forced me to use the suspected covid patient bathroom without PPE, not only putting me, an asthmatic at risk, but also my newborn who was at the hospital with me. At this point I felt like the staff who already wouldnt let me off the ER floor despite my fever going away with antibiotics and my gynecological diagnosis was now being negligent with me. I opted to leave against medical advice and continue treatment at home. Her supervisor came into speak with me and said that was not good and that I may continue to use the bathroom near my room. The nurse then came in afterwards and tried to justify her negligent actions. I ask to respeak with the supervisor, Debbie to make sure my reasons for leaving were documented in my chart. 20 minutes later, a woman who would not identify herself came on my room, irate and condescending saying that no one else was able to speak with me and that I had to use the suspected covid bathroom because I refused testing. I explained to her that my diagnoses and symptoms were bacterial and I no longer presented with fever. She said it didnt matter that I could be asymptomatic and covid positive and that all admitted patients had to be tested. I informed her that I had just delivered in the hospital days prior and that they do not test all admitted non-symptomatic patients for covid. She became very angry and insisted that I leave immediately so " the room could be sanitized" I told her I would leave as soon as my husband came back from getting my medications at the hospital pharmacy. She said she would "hunt" him down and get his keys so I could go to the car with my baby. I told her she was acting insane. At that moment my husband arrived and we left. Not only was I berated and tried to feel shamed but I was put in physical harms way and treated very unprofessionally. This experience is unacceptable and I cannot recommend that anybody else would put themselves through this treatment and go to this hospital.
They Sucketh More than any I've been to in my life. There and the hospital most don't won't help, but they get of. We have to pay even though they act like you're wasting their time!!
