I have been seeing Doctor Ho for years. He’s amazing. He takes his time with me. Explains everything in detail. Answers all my questions. Has called me personally before. Dr Ho and my PCP have been the only doctors that do that. I haven’t had any issues.
Surprised to see the negative reviews. Everyone here has been extremely attentive, professional, and friendly toward me on every visit. The doctors and practitioners listen carefully, ask good questions, and provide great care solutions. I've been getting respiratory/sleep (CPAP) treatment at various places for 25 years, and this is the best place I've found.
Terrible office staff. Especially Pam in particular. Was trying to resolve a very simple billing issue because the doctor wrote the incorrect date of service on the claim and instead of being helpful or trying to fix anything, or even point me in the right direction, Pam was incredibly condescending and rude and flat out refused to listen to what I was saying. I would give negative stars if I could, I've never had a worse experience with a "medical professional" and I went through 4 years of chemotherapy. Absolutely pathetic excuse for service
This office is very unresponsive. I have been waiting on CPAP supplies, but the vendor will not forfull the order because Dr. Christopher Murry did not complete the appropriate paperwork. When the vendor tried to contact the office directly, they were told I was not a patient of Dr. Murry, which I certainly am. I've also called and left several messages, with no response. I would avoid seeking services from this office.
This office has the worse office staff and nurse imaginable. Dr. Keany was great but the nurse telling me she couldn't help me was unbelievable. Twice I have been spoken down to in a controlling bad tone of voice manner. I had problems in my breathing in December and here it is May. Office staff doesn't efficiently explain procedures or give appropriate call backs. I thought by their last call I could finally pick up my machine by what their phone message said only to find out the hard way it was not ready. I told my frustration about their way of handling of things only to get lied to and talked badly to. Telling me I was in so many words to watch how I was talking to them. They've talked in a bad way to me twice like this. I have been just trying to get well and have been more than patient (6 months) and not breathing well. I'm done with you! Never will I see any of you office staff again!
