Dr. Eversole and his staff at Mancos Valley Clinic are always professional and courteous. Dr. Eversole took the extra time during the visit to evaluate other concerning issues I had, and reassured me. Dr. Eversole is our primary care provider for my whole family. Highly recommended physician.
I’m new to the Mancos area and I have had prior bad experiences with my previous health provider. I was scared to try a small town Clinic but because of my health issues I decided to try and I chose a Provider I felt would meet my needs. I am so happy I followed my instincts. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses are amazing and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Heidi is wonderful. She immediately made me feel like she was there for me. I felt like I was able to be myself and I could talk with her about anything and my concerns. I was able to discuss with her my concerns about my previous provider experience and she put me at ease and she was very understanding. Today was my third visit and I feel better about my decision and my experience. I absolutely love Dr. Heidi and the staff is amazing. Definitely recommend 🦋💜
Wow, this was the best primary care experience I have ever had! I saw Jen and Heidi. Both providers were friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and patiently answered my many questions. I am so glad I switched my care to this clinic.
Decent for a small town clinic. Providers change too frequently and like everywhere these days, the waiting period for an appoint is excruciatingly long. Disappointed they stopped taking my health insurance, Humana but they are the only option in town so no choice but to deal with the higher cost. Dropping Humana is the reason I gave them such a low score. If they still accepted my insurance, this would be a 4 or 5 star rating. Contrary to a previous reviewer who somehow thinks there is a problem with employees visiting the local dispensary, I think that is impressive. I want my care providers to be open to alternative treatments instead of always jumping to prescribe the newest big pharma drug with all of the nasty side effects.
Office is attractive, clean and organized. Support staff is welcoming, attentive and helpful in all respects. My doctor is great - but when unavailable I have seen others in the practice and all are top notch. They get you in! Timely , thorough, competent and kind: all good
