I've been a patient of Dr. Nelson @ KP&SS for almost 18 months. He & his staff are always friendly, professional & willing to answer my questions & to make adjustments to my treatment as needed. Sleeping much better! 😴
In an era of “five minute visits “with physicians, despite how many questions you have or how concerned you are, it was a wonderful experience to have an appointment with Dr. Kaplan. He is old enough to be “old school “and with that comes wisdom and care. His experience and professionalism were welcome – not something one can take for granted with all physicians. He took time to explain everything, and answered all of our questions. He was not in a hurry to end the appointment. I wish all physicians would approach patients like Dr. Kaplan does. Highly recommended!
dr Goyle is so kind and explains everything so it’s easy to understand and is thorough. and the office nurse was also very kind Some doctor offices i have gone to the staff seem irritated that i am there. so it was a very good experience and i would recommend her
Everything went smoothly and I had a very short wait in the waiting room. Shakira who administered the lung tests was so very friendly and really knew how to make me understand exactly what was expected before and during each test. She is very kind and patient.
I called hoping to become a new patient and was immediately cut off and asked if I was already one. When I explained I wasn’t but was looking to get seen and was even willing to pay out of pocket, I was told they only accept referrals. I asked what the next step would be for someone without a primary care doctor, and the staff member offered no help, no options, no resources — just cold and dismissive. The call was ended without any attempt to assist or guide me. As someone who owns a business, I understand the importance of treating people with patience and professionalism, especially when they’re reaching out for help. This interaction was frustrating, unwelcoming, and honestly pretty disheartening. I won’t be calling back.
