Place was great, beds are comfortable, and clean. RAMON was awsome he defenetly deserves a pay raise. He was very profesional and made me feel right at home. After seeing all reviews I was worry and scared, but my experience was great.
You do need a level of patience to get an appointment, as stated in other reviews. On the night of our appointment they did a great job with my special needs son. The staff was helpful and friendly. I'm grateful that I did not have to drive all the way to Tucson for this sleep study. Thank you.
I feel it’s professional and amazingly complicated being hooked up with all the wires. This sleep study location is the only location in all of Cochise County. I may be wrong about the area but I know it’s a wide area and several people needing the study. They are very busy so just have faith they will call eventually when they have openings.
Office staff does NOT return calls. I have left 5 messages since the beginning of April 2024 trying to get a sleep study appointment. Don’t hold your breath on the promise of a call back within 48 hrs. Doesn’t happen! Good luck!
I have been trying for over 2 weeks to set a follow-up appointment with this office. I've called numerous times and following the directions on their answering machine have left detailed messages, None of which have been returned. If you're able to go in person to set the appointment, I highly recommend it, Because it doesn't appear that they are available by phone. In this day and age, there is no excuse for a business not calling back a potential customer.
