They don't respond. It's been 2 years since I've started this. I've seen a doctor once for 15 mins during the initial consultation. I've paid and did an at-home apnea test twice since the first one didn't get data right. Now I'm beginning to think it's just the incompetent staff. I can't even get my billing statement for reimbursement.
This was my first time at this facility. Thanks to Ahkeymah l was able to get there with her directions over the phone. Prior to that she was so helpful answering my questions prior to the appointment. Evan was just as courteous and professional through out the appointment not feeling rushed. From check in to check out l was pleased with my service. Great team!
I had my first sleep study done at the new Alpharetta location. Laura was awesome! She explained everything very well, was kind, caring and funny. The room was clean and very comfortable. Shout out to Laura and all the staff!
Great staff - Tim and Matthew explained everything clearly and were very friendly and helpful! Made sure everything was as comfortable as possible while getting needed information!! Spacious room with full private bath. Would recommend doing a sleep (day and night) study here!!
