Dr. Roddy and my nurses Raelynn and Meghan were all amazing. They made sure I had everything I needed, got me taken care of quickly, made sure I felt good enough to leave. Excellent work in the ER. They all made me feel well taken care of.

I had an excellent experience at this Emergency Room. I went in for undiagnosed short term difficulty analyzing words and having difficulty with word finding. The staff was universally wonderful. I was given appropriate tests though a carotid ultrasound was omitted and should have been done. I felt respected - I did not want to start any medications. I did feel in control of my care. Dr Firebaugh honored my wish not to start new BP medication in the short term even though the monitor recorded a very high BP. I left the hospital at 10 pm with a BP of 221/111. By midnight my reading was 149/98 and is being watched at home. I had been concerned that I would be falling at home on my own if on a strong medication. I appreciated being listened to and heard.

I had to take my son (6) in to get a popcorn kernel remover from his ear (kids haha) but really everyone from check-in, to triage (Ian), to Dr. Sanchez made this a really easy experience. Ian was super friendly and great with my son. Even brought him a warm blanket and engaged with him. Asking him question and made him comfortable which I really appreciate. He’s had many ear infections and ear tube placements throughout the years so the ears are always a stressful thing for him and Ian was super pleasant to be around. Dr. Sanchez came in, asked question, talked to my son, and bam she had in done with-in 5 mins. A little pain but she was super great and I am thankful for their help. We tried everything at home so glad it was a quick and easy trip.

Leaving my review on behalf of the OB- I LOVE EVERYONE THERE!!! My doctor is Dr wheeler, he’s the bestest. I’ve experienced almost every doctor in the office and they are all amazing, wheeler just has my heart. All of the nurses are soo kind and supportive. Rochelle has listened to lots of my tears and concerns and even the nasty parts and she never flinches, she’s very comforting. I can’t even put into words how cared for, seen, and heard I feel when I call or walk into this office. I’ve been through a small bit of hell with pregnancies and fibroids, and now that I have a viable one, they celebrated me when I came in yesterday, told me how excited and happy for me they were, I truly feel so warm coming here. Dr wheeler is a man sent straight from gods heart. I am so so so thankful to be able to experience my healthy pregnancy under his care ❤️ I just feel like I can’t put my love for this office into words. Thank you to the OBGYN for everything ❤️

I had an MRI performed by the hospital staff, and the experience went well considering. The check in process was quick and easy, and I was able to be seated and waited for the procedure quickly. I was taken back quickly, and the gal who took me back and explained things was very kind and understanding about everything, as well as patient and answered questions. The gentleman who took me back and got me ready was also kind, patient, and tried to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible during such a procedure. I was given comfortable headphones and good music was played to take my mind off of things. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars, was that there were no updates during the procedure. As I have had an MRI before, the experience was made better by the tech updating me on how much longer, or asking if I was ok. It was one of the better experiences I have had at the hospital, and this review is solely for my experience with the MRI team.
