It took me 3 months to get sn appointment and I had to pay a $50 copay to be rushed through my appointment. There were things I felt were prudent and they just rushed through. She didn't even go through my paperwork. I am very disappointed. I literally haven't slept in months and she is saying it's probably sleep apnea. How can it be sleep apnea when I don't sleep? I have insomnia for crying out loud. I need help with that. I got a call from Myra asking me to change my review because it sounded like I was upset, I told her I wasn't just upset, I was p@ssed off. Then she said she would try to get me in sooner than Jan 29th for my results and she would call me back. She never called me back, so I called today to can El that appointment only to find out that she had already canceled it on me . Do not trust them. I also seen the report that was sent to my do tor and they are trying to say I slept for 8 hours, which I guarantee you I did not. I was up talking to my dogs, letting them outside, going to the bathroom. I don't believe they even listened to the full recording. I'm sure they were going to tell me I snored, but that would also be my dog Riscoe. Don't trust them. I still have insomnia, but I have waited this long, I'll wait till April when I can get into Banner for their sleep study. I will never re comment this place to anyone.

Avoid avoid avoid! Terrible customer service. They charge you before having your medical appointment without even knowing what is being treated/discussed by the provider. I had a follow up appointment to discuss information that their office staff was to gather, which they didn't, so nothing was able to be discussed. Provider agreed that the follow-up appointment was pointless and cancelled it short. They still charged my insurance for the appointment and now charging me for more balances. Asked why there are balances and their billing office doesn't even know why.

Please don't go through the hassle I did trying to get a new CPAP machine. Just find someone else to help you. Months of back and forth and they said they were waiting for documents that had been sent multiple times. Ended up canceling order with no apology. Not sure how this company is in business.

I don’t think I am being dramatic when I say to AVOID to this place. This is my experience from October 23, 2025 and I wanted to share. From the walking in the door to getting my sleep study device this experience was awful. Upon entering the entry room/ waiting room it was chaos. The check in and check out desks are situated facing each other with a narrow walk way between them which leads to the treatment rooms. The signage is posted in such a way that you can’t see them and don’t know where to check in due to there being so many people in the waiting room and also exiting from the treatment rooms. When people showed up they were confused as to where to go because they couldn’t see the signs. The staff wasn’t very polite when directing the confused people. While waiting to be seen both the check in and checkout personnel would yell across the room to each other and often times to the small office located in the back to the right of the check out desk. It seemed to be a little tense due to an issue with a tele visit and no one being able to help the NP in the back room get it going. When I came back to pick up my sleep monitoring device I had to fill out some of the same paperwork as last time which was a minor issue compared to when I went back to be fitted for the device. I was taken back to one of the rooms with a bed and asked to wait. As I was waiting the tech came in with a woman with a clip board. She looked at me and I looked at her and we were both a little confused. She was another patient who they had brought into the room to go over machine information. The tech said he was bringing her in so he didn't have to repeat himself. This happened with out either of our consent and we were both a little taken aback by being in a room with a stranger. We made lite of the situation but it was extremely uncomfortable and a blatant HIPAA violation. I have switched my care to another provider. Do with this information as you will, but remember you have other many choices in Tucson...this place shouldn't be one of them.

I’ve been a patient for 3-4 years now. I didn’t write a review before because I couldn’t say anything kind about the NP. And writing an unfavorable review stressed me! The NP is no longer there and Melanie is currently replacing her. Melanie is a wonderful person. Theresa, the Inspire rep, is also very nice. Both these ladies are there to help and listen. They explain in layman terms. Together, they’’ll be an amazing team.
