Horrible customer service. Hold times are 15 minutes so I tried the chat. It's been back and forth for 5 hours now and they won't give me what my doctor ordered without a consultation appointment (more money for them yes?) which requires a 6 week wait. At least do something sooner than 5 hours of texting!
This was the worst company to deal with. We were told by our insurance that no prior authorization was needed for a sleep study. We waited over 2 months for a call that was never gonna happen. Went back to The center and was told the insurance needs to tell them none needed and insurance doesn't reach out unless needed. Went to a different company and we had our apt set withing 2 weeks. Very disappointed with them...
They will refer you to their medical supply company. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE DISGUSTING AND DON'T WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING YOUR EQUIPMENT. The RT had the grossest nails and proceeded to pick at my face mask. I'm 100% sure she did not wash her hands before handling my equipment. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!
Horrible and unprofessional approach to their patients, we show up and the doctor is not even there whats the purpose of setting up an appointment if the doctor isnt even there. Disrespectful and lazy nurse practitioner, we asked her to give us necessary information and she reacted as if she was being bothered and threw the papers on the desk without any comment or even have a nice day, place is a joke and we still Paid money for nothing
EXCELLENT would give 10/5 stars if I could. Staff is incredible at working with my schedule, answering my million questions, and are prompt in responding. I’ve been dealing with health issues that have been puzzling doctors for years and I finally got answers here. JoAnn is truly a godsend. I’ve never had a medical professional advocate for me in the way she has in order to get me the care I need.
