I had a follow-up appointment with Wilmary Santiago Rodriguez PA, yesterday. She is very professional, patient, and kind. She took time answering all my questions and did not rush me through my appointment. It is a pleasure working with her. Javier, the Medical Assistant is very pleasant, friently and efficient. He took my vitals and then scheduled my follow-up appointments. He is a good representative for The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona.

Everyone was very kind to me. They all explained what was going to take place and it did. Arnold was very good at telling me all that was to happen and ladies were all very good at their positions. The front desk people were also very helpful and patient and kind. My entire experience including the night time with the introduction to the cPap machine went very good and explained what I was going to be doing and how to do it.

I appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff at this clinic. From the Doctors & PAs to the receptionists & appointment setters. Always friendly, efficient, willing to answer questions and provide helpful information. They also do not push me to buy equipment I don't really need like some sleep-apnea practitioners I've been to in the past. Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona was recommended to me by my electrophysiologist at Biltmore Cardiology as the best in Phoenix. I agree 100%

Services and medical staff here are quite good, but the office staff/scheduling is terrible. Difficult to get a hold of, often not available during business hours. You can leave them a detailed message with specific actions, and they'll just leave you with one saying "call us back" instead of taking the specific action you asked them to. You can ask them to email or text when you're unavailable by phone and just get an email asking if they can call you, then a call before you can answer.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Cutchen as well as all of the staff. There is never a long wait to be seen and most importantly, they are helping me sleep better and I feel 100% better since I started with my machine. They were great in helping me to determine what the best type of mask and headgear was for me! I cannot say enough good things about this office and the entire staff. :)
