The Insomnia & Sleep Institute of Arizona

I was very impressed as a new patient of The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona in the Scottsdale office. Reception made it very easy to do the new patient paperwork online and they also gave me the option to be added to a waitlist and get notified when earlier openings were available. The front desk staff was very quick to respond to any messages I left them and made the entire registration process so easy. At the office, I was seen right on time for my appointment. Dr Wasey was fantastic. He actively listened to my responses and ask probing questions that really let me know.he was trying to understand my issues. He presented a game plan and I feel very relieved by the help that I’m going to be receiving. I highly recommend this office.

I am doing Zoom sessions through the Scottsdale Clinic. They are fantastic. I can already feel improvement in my sleep pattern. I also understand sleep more. The sessions are never rushed, and are pertinent to my situation. Follow up information and directions are complete and easy to understand. Feel like I could use this all of the time.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Front desk activity was brisk. Very busy. Staff member addressed me as soon as I walked in the door. Very polite, professional. I did preliminary forms from home, so reviewed those then was escorted to proper meeting room. Met Dr Vajjala had a pleasant discussion regarding my sleep issues. Very good experience.

I had a very good experience at the Gilbert office. Javier checked me in and he was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He is always very professional every time I have been at the Institute. He is also an M.A. and he took my vitals and made me feel very comfortable. I then saw Wilmary Santiago Rodriguez, PA, she was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. She was very thorough when she explained the results of my sleep study. She also gave me alternatives as far as my treatment. She did not rush through the appointment. I felt that she answered all of my questions in detail. I felt very comfortable when I left my appointment. I highly recommend her and the clinic. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have been a patient at the Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona in Scottsdale for over four years, and the care has been outstanding from the very beginning. Dr. Vajalla is a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and attentive physician. Dr. Patel was a hard act to follow, but he chose his new team wisely. Dr. Vajalla carries on the Institute’s high standard of excellence with great professionalism. The staff, on several occasions, have gone above and beyond to make me and my service animal feel safe and comfortable. This is a place where you will be treated with both clinical excellence and true kindness. I feel fortunate to be in such competent and caring hands.
