I made an appointment because of my doctor recommended it due to high blood pressure. I called in mid October and was told they could get me for an appointment for Dec 23rd. My wife heard me on the speaker phone while I made this appointment. We both had our calendars set for the 23rd. I now received an email say that my appointment was for the 3rd? At a time I told them was not possible because I work graveyards. My wife also has the same date and time for the 23rd I did. There is no way that we both misheard. However now if I call they say I might pay a 100 dollar fee?!.
The technician was very helpful with my needs. When I got to a room I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap in the dispenser. I asked for some and he said he had no access no the supplies so I left to buy my own hand soap. In the morning I got up to brush my teeth and there was no paper towels left in the dispenser. After what I went through for hand soap I just used a clean shirt I brought to dry my hands with. The bed was OK comfy, glad I got the adjustable bed. If you need coffee to wake up bring your own cause they don't have anything. I brought my own water.
Great experience! I was nervous coming into this. I didn’t want a cpap, and it seemed weird having someone watch me sleep. Jamie was an amazing tech that made me feel at ease about the process. He has done thousands of sleep studies and is a true professional. If you are struggling with sleep, I strongly suggest you visit these folks.
I have been a bi-pap patient for over 15 years and had several sleep studies and by far the best one. John was my assistant for the night and his knowledge and patience with explaining was an experience within itself. I would definitely recommend Valley Sleep Center for your sleep study.
My son had a sleep study done here, and this place by far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was given spectacular customer service! Jon and Destiny were absolutely amazing! The rooms here were nothing of what I imagined. I honestly felt like it was a mini vacation from home. It was so relaxing, clean, and felt like a little hotel room. My son enjoyed his night here and wants to go back lol. But I told him it was only for a test. This just goes to say how much he enjoyed his visit. I would definitely recommend this place 100% to anybody and everybody.
