Banner University Medical Center Sleep Center

I had a sleep study on June 1, 2025. I was told my doctor would receive my report (with findings) in 7-10 business days. Today is June 28, 2025 - 20 business days later - and my doctor has yet to receive report. While this might not sound like a big deal, it is to me. My study was only able to verify that I have sleep apnea. Trying to use the CPAP was a complete failure. So, only 50% of the study was completed and I will require some type of follow-up. A delay in getting the results to me is a delay in addressing my sleep apnea. I’m disappointed the time commitment made has not been honored.

All the staff were extremely helpful. It is very easy to reach someone if you have questions. They have helped me with two sleep studies so far, and they were far more helpful than the previous location I have used. I like how this facility will take care of everything in advance, so that you don't have any stress the day of check in. It's also really nice that there are nice facilities for taking a shower the morning after.

This review is specifically for sleep tech, Elsa. She is absolutely amazing! My 22 month old daughter had a sleep study last night, and Elsa did everything to make the experience as easy as possible. You can imagine that dealing with a 22 month old for a sleep study can be pretty disastrous. My daughter was taking off the wires and struggling throughout the night. Elsa did everything to readjust the wiring throughout the entire night, without any sense of frustration or annoyance. Even when I can imagine other techs would give up and say that the sleep study would need to be redone. Elsa is a mom to small kids my daughter’s age, and completely understands and empathizes dealing with cranky toddlers. I truly can’t say enough about Elsa, and wish that all medical professionals were as calm, knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly love their job. I’m pretty difficult to please, I won’t lie. I have made quite a few negative reviews for other businesses, and in all honesty, it’s easier to find the negativity than the positivity of many places/providers. I have ZERO negative comments for Elsa. Absolutely amazing!

I used this sleep center for a sleep study. Although the sleep study personal were great the follow up to get my cpap machine is horrible. My doctors recommendation is banner just doesn't care about the patient and has giving me a referral to another sleep center. Part of why I'm mad about this is now my insurance company won't pay for a second study I have to pay for it. I wouldn't remember this sleep center because of the internal problems they have with dealing with patients.

Dr. Kaji is very attentive. Nurse and staff are nice and great. Last week, I had a sleep study as well in this facility to see if my Inspire settings is working well. Kenny was very patient and helpful. Scott from Inspire was very kind and knowledgeable; he set my Inspire in the better setting. The facility is clean and comfortable. Large bedroom with a bathroom. I had sleep study in other facilities in the past, and I think Banner’s doctors and facility are the best.
