Good Staff with Big hearts and if your Dr don't know what to do they know the right Drs to refer you to its comforting. Dr Mayhew is Incredible and I cannot thank her enough for the referrals she did.

My girlfriend and I were touring Wyoming from out of state. She ended up having some medical issues and we made an educated decision to stop by this clinic. To say our experience was awful is an understatement. As opposed to an in-depth analysis of her condition, they decided to diagnose her with a life long illness and scare the crap out of her. The medicine prescribed actually made the condition worse. We ended up coming back home and going to a real doctor. It turns out it was actually just an infection and simple antibiotics would clear it up. Dr. Harvey should be ashamed of herself. This place is in it for purely money. They could care less about their patients. If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a doctors office. The bedside manner was atrocious. I find it quite suspect that the doctor was more than willing to give us a ride to Walmart to pick up the script. Admittedly, we were having car issues at the time and we were about to call a taxi. In the car, her demeanor was a stark contrast from when we first met her, apologetic even. It’s almost like she knew she threw out a BS diagnosis. I feel bad for anyone who decides to get treatment here. Always read reviews before going places. I regret not doing so myself before coming here. There’s a reason it’s a 2.9 star at the time of writing this review.

I'll start by saying the nurse practioner,Jill Mayhew,is awesome. Professional and great bedside manner. The billing department is a dumpster fire though,so for this I unfortunately cannot recommend Billings Clinic.I went in for a preventative care check up ,which is covered by my insurance and the deductible is waived. Therefor, when I got a bill of $500+ for a standard visit,I knew they made a billing mistake. I called them to confront them about this and got looped around for about an hour to different departments, not even being able to speak to a live person. I got another bill from them threatening to send me to collections and I called the number again. I finally got a lady on the phone who agreed it looks like they made a mistake on my bill ,but tried blaming me for waiting so long to contact them. She said she submitted a correction of my bill, but apparently didn't because I was sent a collections notice. Never again,Billings clinic.

Cleaned this up a bit: Went in for a vaccine thought it was going to be $10 like they always are, nope $1300. Probably should have told me that ahead of time. Impossible to get communication between dr and front desk. I'm no longer a patient here, I go to Angela Redder in Powell.

The gal I spoke with at the front desk seemed to be in a mood, which I let go. And then we started talking - she jumped from zero to super accusatory and rude, we just were not on the same page. It was over a simple misunderstanding. Which I brought up, but she didn't seem interested. It wasn't even personal. I get having hard days, just please don't take it out on patients coming in. It's a good way to lose business, as well as respect. We all have stuff. The second star added is for everything else, including other staff I interacted with. That was great.
