Amazing doctors, fantastic nurses, and a well run facility. Thanks for all that you do! My kiddo has been fighting a fever for a couple weeks and I was worried about his new cough. They had a little table off to the side that allowed us to pass the time without too many melt downs and when the melt downs came everyone was quick to help ease his tantrums. Truly remarkable staff! The doctor did a fantastic job explaining everything and why decisions were made and the follow up was top notch! Thank you Children’s Mercy Northland staff! 🙏🏼

Could not imagine a better experience. I was very uncomfortable with my son’s symptoms and was immediately taken seriously. Everyone was empathetic, nice, efficient, and had excellent communication. The doctor and nurse not only did those things but provided me with education to prevent another “episode.” Extremely grateful for their professionalism and treatment of my baby.

As a first time mom it is so scary seeing your baby sick. Children’s mercy urgent care in the Northland put me at ease. Friendly staff, short wait times, exceptional care, and most importantly helped my baby feel better. We will be back (if needed of course). 🩵

What can I say? They treated my son very well, excellent and super fast. At first, he cried like any child because he doesn't know and doesn't understand, but in the end, he got along very well with the nurse and doctor. In fact, the child was crying and the doctor gave us a toy for him. Super good, the best hands. If you live in Kansas City or come to visit, I recommend it with my eyes closed. They are the best and the special treatment, no delay.

Dr. Susan Storm at Pediatric Care North referred us to this clinic. Before we even walked in the door, we were greeted by a lady who I later realized was an employee heading into work. She noticed we were a little confused about which entrance to use since this was our first time to this clinic. She kindly directed us to the right door and kiosk where we were to sign in. I was impressed with how quickly the entire staff were to help us and get my grandson the tests he needed to put our minds at ease. The guy doing the X-rays was really good and got the tests done in no time. I loved his energy. The nurse and doctor were very thorough and were glad to answer any questions we had without making us feel rushed to leave. I will recommend this clinic to others.
