I was told I had to reschedule after arriving for my initial appointment since the front desk staff sent over the wrong paperwork to fill out beforehand. I wish it turned out differently, especially since I was only offered to be rescheduled for more than a month out. Not a great first experience, but I’m sure it would have been had the correct paperwork been sent over beforehand.

With a family history of sleep apnea, and I was concerned about my teenage son and potentially having sleep apnea. He was very skeptical about coming in and talking to the doctor, but it was a wonderful experience. The doctor was knowledgeable, supportive of a teenage brain and sleep patterns. It was all in all a really great experience.

I have been to other sleep centers and this one is by far the best. They are very courteous and friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and you don't have to wait weeks or months to get an appointment. They are very thorough with their tests and explanations. I really feel that they are going to be able to help me, not like the other places I have been.

My initial appointment was in person. The amount of paperwork you have to fill out Is ridiculous. The doctor ordered a home sleep Study. The first machine they sent me didn’t work. The second machine worked fine but the second night the recording wasn’t able to be captured so I had to do a third night which they Charged me for even though it was their machine that malfunctioned. Today was supposed to be my follow up appointment with the doctor and it was supposed to be over the phone. I did receive a text message asking me to register for this appointment which I did, again they ask you all the same stupid questions about how likely you are to fall asleep in different situations. The next message said I would receive a text message or an email at the time of my appointment, I never did receive it , the office called me five minutes after my appointment to ask me if I had received the message, I told them no she said she sent it again two more times still didn’t receive it after 10 minutes of this nonsense. She says well now you’re late for your appointment will have to reschedule. Waste of time and waste of money.

Have been treated for Sleep Apnea for 30+ years. It was not controlled until I started treating here more than 10 years ago. Extremely Satisfied with ongoing medical care, daily remote medical monitoring and CPAP equipment. Very thorough, supervised, in-house sleep studies. The staff is super friendly and professional. Consistent, High quality care. Won't go anywhere else. GOOD SLEEP IS WONDERFUL!
