Sleep Disorders Center of Prescott Valley

I had a 9:00 appointment this morning with PA Sharon Bettinger to review my 6-month CPAP stats. PA Bettinger was delightful, professional and informative as always. She thoroughly reviewed my usage with me and never gave the impression she was interested in rushing through my visit to get to the next patient. We agreed on some followup diagnostics and left me with a friendly, "goodbye". I can easily give her my highest endorsement.

I have been seeing Sharon since she was at the Prescott Valley location. She is very sweet, attentive, and always listens to what I have to say. She has come up with some very effective and great ideas for my sleep issues. I appreciate her and always feel that each appointment has been very successful.

Took my elderly father per doctors request. They were attentive, professional, and courteous. Was hoping the sleep study wasn't so far out but they re-assured us that if an earlier opening is available, they would fit us in. Facility was also clean and welcoming.

This is an excellent facility. They have very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sharon, who is very caring and knowledgeable and Jessie, RT, who is a wonderful addition to their practice. I have been on CPAP for about 30 years and my husband has been BIPAP for about 15 years. If you snore or are having any other medical challenges, get a sleep test! Lack of oxygen to your body can cause all sorts of havoc. Don't ignore symptoms!

My experiences have significantly improved over the last 12 months since engaging with AZ Sleep Solutions. The office staff and automation tools are now working at a very high level. More training, new staff and better technology have made a huge positive difference. I find Sharon Bettinger a very competent and caring professional. She spends time listening and engaging on my specific issues and offers important recommendations to address my needs.
