Dr Anderson was prompt & professional! He was also, very kind & nice in his assessment. I also felt how important is was to try to find a cause & he ordered the appropriate tests. Dr Anderson decided that adding a 2nd medication was important to possibly slow the progression. He gave us hope & comfort knowing that if needed, he would be quickly available! If you are looking for a great Neurologist, Dr Troy Anderson is who you should call!
I have gone to this office 3 times and each time I was impressed with the service I received. The doctor, PA, and technician were all very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. I am so appreciative at how thorough they have been and how they are running several tests to try and figure out my symptoms. I am not crazy about the check-in kiosks, but overall I think this office and the staff are wonderful!
What a shame......absolutely LOVED Dr. Anderson & his PA Albert. Informative, knowledgeable, through & caring. HOWEVER, their nitetime staffs' (ie bookkeeper & pm nurse logging out testing equipment) absolute CARELESS attitude toward patients, RUDENESS & TOTAL LACK of PROFESSIONALISM is going to cost them patients. Tough lesson to learn; your staff is a direct extension and reflection of you, fill your office with people that take patient care as seriously as you do.
This center is excited? At least for me! The front desk staff are great and friendly! I don’t feel like I’m bothering them, when I ask a question! Dr Torzala is very easy to talk and ask questions! It’s a little far from my house BUT worth it for me! I know that after having health issues…. I can call and see me right away.
