My father had to wait over 6 months for an appointment due to delays and is suffering from seizures and neurological problems fairly frequently. The previous doctors had been running tests and were thinking his issue was related to parkinsons or something similar that could be treated. When he finally got the appointment here, they ignored the seizures, confusion, and many other symptoms and told him that hes 'old and out of shape' and thats whey he's been suffering for the last few years. He didnt even get to see a doctor, it was someone in nursing. Now he's on physical therapy thats making his condition worse and hoping they listen to him once they see its not working. I cant believe a neurology practice can dismiss documented symptoms that are making his life miserable and have the nerve to say its because of age when theres have been countless tests done previously that say otherwise. Much more care should be given to patients who could be facing terminal or lifelong problems. If you're not there for the patients then find another industry. If his condition worsens due to the physical therapy then legal advice will be sought.

The Drs are amazing and so are the nurses! My only struggles came from the admin staff. The referral office never contacted me to let me know my referral was sent or to whom from Phx Neurology to another specialist. When I called no one could tell me so I waited a month to go to my follow up after I was supposed to see the specialist and had to ask my Phx Neurology Dr who the referral was to and it’s status. I’ve also had several issues with billing. I met my deductible and OOP max in May but they kept trying to charge me copays. The front office said I needed to call their billing person so I did. The voicemail directed me to a different number I left messages with. No one ever called me back and my account is still inaccurate and it’s been 6 months. I’ve talked with the front office but all they say is they’ll make a note but they never update my account. The portal doesn’t give the option to email about billing errors so it’s quite frustrating.

Dr Foltz is an amazing doctor who has been taking my symptoms very seriously, i recently emailed him about a new symptom and he got me in super fast to discuss it with me in person. He seems like he cares a lot and is very thorough when explaining everything. I highly recommend seeing him!

My sleep tech at the Glendale location was Raymond and he was very professional and explained everything well. The bed was comfortable. I brought my own pillow. I could hear street noises, but I was offered a white noise machine. I had brought a small travel fan with me and turned it on high and that blocked out the street sounds. The bathroom was right across the hall for me and it was very clean, but there were no towels whatsoever (which is mentioned in their instructions), but I found it odd that not even paper towels were there to dry my hands

Best experience I ever had with a doctor. Just visited by doctor Eric Foltz For my narrow problem and before I walk out, I had a message from his office and my pharmacy at the prescription is ready. He also pulled out my MRI and CT scan from Simon Med , I’ve been advise me to Give another MRI from my brain. All this happened in a short time when I was in the office . His staff really nice and professional. Office atmosphere is great. We need more Dr like this. Thanks.
